Nice article Jared. I can speak from experience that this advice is true. A couple weeks ago a changed to an all-raw diet and my energy levels have gone through the ceiling. Even though I have to eat every 45-60 minutes, it has been worth it.

For those of you wincing, a raw diet isn't raw steak. It is fresh fruits, vegetables, nuts and berries. I also cut out caffeine completely and replaced it with water. Worked like a charm after just a couple days!

Do you have any suggestions on some fun types of nuts or fruits to add variety to the day? I'm think I'm getting burned out on apples and bananas every day.
